Fill in your details step by step with a visual progress bar. Fields include full name, date of birth, contact info, current address, employer, income, move-in date, and emergency contact.
Take or upload a live photo
Use your phone's camera to take a live photo for identity verification, or upload an existing one. You must consent before we capture anything.
Add your digital signature
Draw your signature directly on screen with your finger. It's timestamped and legally tied to your application.
Pay the application fee securely
Pay via Stripe, PayPal, or another trusted gateway. We never store your card details. You'll see a payment confirmation immediately.
Submit for landlord review
Review everything and submit. Track your application status in real time: Pending → Submitted → Under Review → Approved/Rejected.
